Newburyport High School Fall Sports Registration
August 4, 2008
Football and Cheerleading start Monday, August 18th. All other fall sports (soccer, cross country, field hockey, and golf) start Thursday, August 21st.
Here are the dates and times for registering for the Newburyport High School Fall Sports programs:
Weekday Registration and Signup (August 4 to 8, August 11 to 15):
To register, parents must visit Pat McBride in the high school office any weekday from August 4 to 8 or August 11 to 15 (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
Evening Registration and Sign Up (August 14, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m)
An evening registration and sign up will be offered on Thursday, August 14th in the high school office between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.
2008 User Fees For Newburyport Fall Sports
- Grade 9, 10 football - $400
- Grade 11, 12 football - $465
- Grade 9, 10 field hockey & soccer - $225
- Grade 11, 12 field hockey & soccer - $290
- Grade 9, 10 cross country, golf, cheer - $200
- Grade 11, 12 cross country, golf, cheer - $265
Parents need a parental consent form, an updated physical exam and a check for users fees. The Consent Form, Physical, and Users Fee are all due BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE OR THE STUDENT IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
