The Hampton Area Lions Club Annual Winter Auction will be held on Saturday, February 20th at the Galley Hatch Conference Center, Hampton, NH.
The auction starts at 6:00 pm and features live and silent auctions, as well as several specialty tables.
As in past years, the merchants of North Hampton, Hampton and Hampton Falls, as well as other businesses within the state and elsewhere, have been very generous with donations to the auction.
Admission:
Admission to the auction is $10 per person with proceeds going to charity.

The Upper Crust Pizzeria, Newburyport, will be sponsoring a fundraiser for the Newburyport High School Class of 2011 on Wednesday, February 10th from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Upper Crust will donate $3 for every large pizza and $1.50 for every small pizza ordered to the Class of 2011.
Take the night off from cooking and make Wednesday evening Pizza Night and support the NHS Class of 2011.

You can help support the Amesbury Relay for Life organization and enjoy a hockey game at Tsongas Arena at the same time on Saturday, February 6th.
The Amesbury Relay for Life will be hosting a fundraising event with the Lowell Devils on Saturday, February 6th beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Tsongas Arena, Lowell, MA.
The event features a match between the Lowell Devils and the Portland Pirates. The first 2000 fans will also receive a free Lowell Devils Bobblehead!

Seacoast Youth Services(SYS), Seabrook, NH is having its 2ndannual winter fund-raiser on Saturday January 30th, from 6:00 to 11 pm, at the Ashworth by the Sea Hotel on Hampton Beach, NH.
It’s a nice way to help support Seacoast Youth Services and enjoy an evening out at the same time!
The fund-raiser will feature the Ashworth’s popular dinner buffet, the music of Beatle Juice & Friends, and a live auction offering tickets, gift certificates, getaways and more.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to help with the organization’s plans to expand their current facility at 867 Lafayette Road (Route 1), the site of the old Dearborn Academy, which was built in 1845, and was the town’s original schoolhouse and had been vacant for 40 years.
The 4,000 square feet facility is used exclusively for kid and family friendly activities. The building features a wireless computer lab, full kitchen, and many other amenities.

The 2nd Annual Derek Hines Memorial Hockey Game will be played Saturday, January 9th at the Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington beginning at 2:30 p.m.
St. John’s Prep, Danvers, where Derek Hines went to high school, will play Central Catholic of Lawrence.
A 50/50 raffle will be held during the game, with all proceeds going to the Derek Hines Fund.

The Amesbury Educational Foundation invites you to help raise funds for the Jordan M. Shay Memorial Scholarship while you enjoy a delicious flatbread pizza at Flatbread Pizza Company, Amesbury.
A portion of the proceeds from the night’s sales will go to help fund the Jordan M. Shay Memorial Scholarship.
Jordan graduated from Amesbury High School in the class of 2005. He went on to serve in the US Army and was killed in Iraq this past September.

The Amesbury Carriage Museum owns many carriages built in Amesbury during its heyday as one of the world’s most important carriage-making centers. Some of these carriages are on display in various public buildings around town.

The Santa’s Toy Trot 2 Mile, 4 Mile and 6 Mile Road Races Plus Non-Competitive Walk and 1/2 Mile SANTA’S ELVES FUN RUN for Kidswill be held on Sunday, December 13th at the Sweetsir School in Merrimac, MA.
The Santa’s Elves Run is free, but please preregister. The Elves Run & Walk are non-competitive.
The adult race starts at 1:15 pm start in Merrimac, MA.
The Elves Fun Run starts at 1:00 pm.
Proceeds from the road race and walk to benefit TOYS FOR TOTS and HOLIDAY HELPERS.
