The Amesbury Sports Park will be hosting the 5th Annual FestEvolve Music Festival on Saturday, August 13th, from 10 am to 10:00 pm.

Tickets are now on sale for Newburyport’s annual “Yankee Homecoming BluesCruise” on the Merrimack River taking place Saturday, July 30th. This special cruise features The David Maxwell All Star Blues Band featuring internationally-acclaimed Severn Records recording artist Darrell Nulischwho will be just off his European tour with James Cotton.
A cash bar is available and the event is accessible to the physically challenged.

Flatbread Company is pleased to present Bill Plante and The Pleasant Valley Social Club at this week’s Music in the Millyard series on Thursday, July 21st from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Al Capp Amphitheater, 5 Market Square in downtown Amesbury.
Flatbread Company will be accepting donations of canned fruits and vegetables, juice (boxes or bottles), shampoo and deodorant (women’s and men’s) on behalf of Amesbury-based Our Neighbors’ Table.
In addition, the Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bankwill be selling a 5th Anniversary Music in the Millyard commemorative stadium-style seat cushion with proceeds going to the Amesbury Public School’s Music Department. Seats can be purchased for $5 at the concert, or at the bank’s two Amesbury locations, 43 Main Street and 40 Friend Street.
Concerts might be cancelled in the event of inclement weather and may not be rescheduled. Please call 978-388-3178 for updates. No alcohol permitted. Parking is available in public lots located on Water Street and Friend Street as well as on-street parking.

92.5 the River’s 10th Annual Riverfront Festival, presented by Bud Light and the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce, takes place on Waterfront Park in Newburyport on Saturday, July 16.
The Riverfront Festival is a free show open to the public, so attendees are encouraged to get there early with beach blankets & chairs for a day of great live music.

Rip It & Clip It Fundraiser for Nate Bibaud
Help raise money and awareness for the Nate Bibaud Recovery Fund at the Rip It & Clip It Fundraiser on Friday, June 17th from 6 to 11:30 p.m at Amesbury Sports Park.
Brave souls, including Amesbury Mayor Thatcher Kezer, Newburyport Mayor Donna Holaday, Essex County Sheriff Frank Cousins and Provident Bank CEO Charlie Cullen will be having their hair shaved, buzzed or cut in order to help raise funds for Nate Bibaud, who was paralyzed in a December 2001 car accident.
The event will feature live music, cash bar and a silent auction. Former Boston Bruins Rick Middleton and Terry O’Reilly will be on hand to sign autographs.

St. Paul’s Church 300th Year Anniversary Series Continues with a Special Concert By Mr. George Bayley, World-renowned Choirmaster and Organist
The public is invited to attend and listen to a concert called “The Organist Entertains,” to be performed by Mr. George Bayley on Saturday, April 30th at 7:30 pm at St. Paul’s Episcopal Churchin Newburyport.
A world-renowned choirmaster and organist, Mr. Bayley recently retired from St. Peter’s Church in Lewes, Delaware. Mr. Bayley’s ancestors were prior organists and musical directors at St. Paul’s Church, Newburyport.
Mr. Bayley’s program will include several classical selections, including the music of J.S. Bach, as well as a modern day “ragtime” rendition.
