This week-long celebration features numerous events such as:

  • Free waterfront concerts
  • Downtown entertainment
  • Craft fair
  • Kid’s talent show

This is usually the busiest/most crowded week in downtown Newburyport of the year. So, if you’re not into crowds, then this is a great time to enjoy the outdoors at Plum Island, the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, Maudslay State Park, the North Shore and the nearby New Hampshire seacoast.

If you do love festivals and events and crowds, then Yankee Homecoming has lots to offer you and your family.
