Follow The Full Moon At Salisbury Beach State Reservation
If you want to learn about the moon and its phasesSalisbury Beach State Reservation, join the Reservation’s Park Interpreter and a speaker from the Amateur Astronomy Society to learn about moon phases, their effects on the Earth, and how past cultures have related to the moon.
View the full moon through a scope and with your naked eye.
Bring bug spray!
Recommended for ages 6 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Where To Meet: Meet at The Nature Center located next to the John Currier Recreation Area and Pavilion on the Merrimack River.
Note: This event will be cancelled in case of inclement weather (complete cloud cover or rain).
