Tierney, D-6th Congressional District, will present a free program for military veterans, “From Military Service to Entrepreneur: A Panel Discussion and Forum for Veterans Interested in Growing or Starting a Business,” Monday, February 22nd, from 8:30 to 10:30 am at the Enterprise Center, 121 Loring Ave., Salem
