This workshop teaches participants how to use the law, policy, procedure and basic advocacy techniques to address the most common problems and regulatory violations that occur at each stage of the special education process.
The material is presented in a meaningful context so it is easy to understand and retain. This is powerful information that will give parents and others the ability to effectively maneuver around systemic roadblocks that frequently deny children a free appropriate public education.
