Overboard Vocals To Kick Off 5th Annual Summer Concert Series at Moseley Woods Park, Newburyport, July 8th

The Friends of Moseley Woods welcome you to join them at Moseley Woods Park for their 5th Annual Summer Concert Series.

This year the concerts will be on a new night, Wednesday. The time will remain the same, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Moseley Woods Park, one of the lesser known local jewels in Newburyport, is a great place to visit and enjoy the smell of the woods, the views of the Merrimack river and some great music during the Park’s Summer Concert Series.

The 5th Annual Summer Concert Series at Moseley Woods Park in Newburyport begins on Wednesday, July 8th with a performance by Overboard Vocals, the Boston-based male a cappella group whose repertoire spans a variety of musical genres.

Coming back for a second year at Moseley Woods Park, Overboard Vocals is sure to wow the crowd again this summer!

Summer Concert Series Schedule

July 8th: Overboard Vocals
July 22nd: Kirsten & Dave (first time at Moseley playing all types of acoustic music with various instruments)
August 12th: Chris Richard Joint Fund-raiser

Chris Richard was a crowd favorite and is returning again this year in another joint fund-raising show. Last years show allowed The Friends of Moseley Woods to donate over $1,200 to the MGH Cancer Center on behalf of Chris’ wife.

This year, all donations will be collected for Lets March Against Cancer, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for cancer.

All concerts are free admission, but they are fund-raisers for the park. Donations will be sought and will be used in their entirety for the upkeep and maintenance of the park.
