The summer season is getting ready to ramp up in the Greater Newburyport region and there are plenty of events to catch your interest!

Amesbury Days is a 110 year tradition in Amesbury which began in 1899 as a one day festival for employees of the city’s various mills. Amesbury Days has now grown into a multi-day program of events, activities and celebrations drawing people from within and around the city.
Amesbury Days offers every member of the family something fun to do. The eleven-day celebration includes beach parties, Kids Day in the Park, local museum open houses, live music, picnics and more!
Each year’s celebration concludes with the Fireworks Finale, a fantastic fireworks display at Woodsom Farm. This year’s show is bigger and better than ever, due to the generous donations of local businesses and residents. One of the few remaining fireworks displays on the 4th of July and , the spectacular show of lights and sounds continues to grow for the crowds delight.
