INTRODUCTION TO SEA KAYAKING

Interested in learning how to use a sea kayak?

With so many great places to kayak in the waters around Greater Newburyport, the New Hampshire seacoast and the North Shore, it is a great way to explore our region from a watery perspective.

On Sunday, June 14th, Mass Audubon’s Joppa Flats Education Center, Newburyport, and Plum Island Kayak, Newburyport, are co-hosting an Introduction To Sea Kayaking course from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

You will learn the basics of sea kayaking, including an evening outing in the Plum Island estuary. Kayak and equipment rental are all included in the fee.

Meet at the Joppa Flats Education Center, One Plum Island Turnpike, Newburyport, MA.

Fee

$35 for Mass Audubon members; $45 for non-members.
