2nd Annual Friends of Parker River Wildlife Art Show & Sale

The Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge will be hosting their 2nd Annual Wildlife Art Show and Sale on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th, 2008.

The show will feature work by local wildlife photographers, painters, wood carvers and artisans. Come to the show and celebrate and support wildlife!

Opening Reception

An opening reception will be held on Friday, November 14th, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, 6 Plum Island Tpk., Newburyport.

The reception will feature food, drink, a silent auction, and a chance to view and purchase art before the general sale.

Tickets to the reception are $10/Person and are available at the door.

General Show and Sale

The show and sale will take place on Saturday, November 15th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, 6 Plum Island Tpk. Newburyport.

Admission to the show is free.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to the Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, a non-profit organization that supports the refuge through outreach, education, and advocacy.

This is a cash/check ONLY event, credit/debit cards will not be accepted.
